These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by P&M Pressure Wash, a pressure washing and soft washing company.

1. Scope of Service

P&M Pressure Wash offers residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:
• Pressure Washing
• Soft Washing
• Roof Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Christmas Light Installation & Removal
• Seal Coating
• Parking Lot Striping

Services are performed using industry-standard tools and safety practices. By booking with us, you agree to allow our team access to the designated service areas and understand that conditions such as weather or property state may affect the scope, timing, or completion of work.
Our services are available in Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All estimates are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change after an in-person assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
• Weather-related delays may result in rescheduling at no penalty.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
• Payment plans are available by request.
• Military discounts are offered with valid ID.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• We offer a 3-year warranty on roof cleaning—if premature organic growth reappears, we will return and respray at no charge.
• Our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Liability

While we take great care in providing service, P&M Pressure Wash is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage due to weak or deteriorated surfaces
• Water intrusion due to faulty seals or window/door conditions
• Delays caused by acts of nature or third parties

We are licensed, bonded, and insured to provide services in Oregon.

7. Safety & Compliance

We follow industry-standard safety practices on every job. Our team uses fall-protection equipment and is trained to operate safely around clients, pets, and property.
P&M Pressure Wash is certified as a Commercial Pesticide Operator in Oregon and Washington by the Department of Agriculture.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, logos, images, and service descriptions—is the property of P&M Pressure Wash and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing or services at any time. Customers will be notified of changes that affect future bookings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
